While many treatments can enhance a stone's appearance, we strive to source natural gemstones with as few treatments as possible. Please note that beads, cabochons, and smaller stones are often undocumented, and we may rely on our trained eye. Standard heating is widely accepted for gemstones and is not always disclosed, but should be assumed.
We accept exchanges and returns on full-priced items in their original, unworn condition within 7 days of delivery. Please understand that customized or resized designs are considered final sales. In addition, items purchased through layaway, promotions, and sales are final sales. For exchanges and returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping within 7 days and any associated costs. We are not liable for repairing or refunding items that do not arrive or arrive damaged.
